⭐️So what about You now? ⭐️ What about your goals and how do you make your life as happy as you can make it be? ⭐️ What are your goals, what is your focus, where is your energy going? ⭐️
⭐️ Now ⭐️this may not be the relationship you thought you were going to have, but this is the one you have. And it is likely that there is also a bigger picture here too. Now that bigger picture might be your children, your commitment to your marriage and family or it may be financial.
⭐️ So what are you going to do now? Let’s think about YOU. ⭐️
⭐️ What are your hobbies and interests? Who are your friends? What are your ambitions?
Now I am a big believer in the Law of Attraction and I am certain that with clear vision for what you want to achieve and a clear goal in mind, you and you alone can achieve whatever you want.
⭐️You are able to bring into your life whatever it is you focus on.
⭐️ Now this is really important because if you are in a negative frame on mind and are surrounding yourself with people who are like minded, then all you will do is continue to attract that negativity into your life.
⭐️ But if you can concentrate on goals and personal development, on having fun and laughter and being happy and being fulfilled, then that is what you are going to get. So it’s about acknowledging that although this might not the life you thought you were going to have, it is up to you to make it your Best life, that is happy and fulfilled.
So, I’d like you to make a list.
⭐️ What do you want to achieve over the next year? Where do you want to be? Who do you want to be?
Who are the positive people in your life? We all have 5 people who influence us greatly. They are the 5 people who we spend the most amount of time with. Now are those 5 people a good influence or are they a negative influence? Or are they a mix?
⭐️ Make sure you are surrounding yourself with people who are positive to be around, who make you happy and who share your goals, values and beliefs.
You are going to need these people around you to keep you happy, moving forward and help pull you up when you are feeling down.
⭐️ Find hobbies that excite you and that make you feel happy. That could be joining the gym, joining a new class, anything you want it to be, as long as it brings you joy and focus.
⭐️ And then think about personal development. Is there any learning that you want to do? I could be leaning Spanish, learning to cook, starting a PhD.. whatever you want it to be. If you have a goal and you have some development you want to be doing, then why not get clear about how and when you’re going to start. Maybe for now your personal development is reading a couple of self help books. I am a massive believer in self help books so there’s no wrong to be done there as far as I’m concerned.
⭐️ Anything that helps you get clear on your motivations and helps you to be the best version of you is an absolute winner in my eyes!
⭐️If you’ve never had the time to read that book you’ve wanted to read for so long, do it now!!
⭐️ Now is the time! Now is Your time now. You Matter! ⭐️
