Terms and Service Agreement

1. What you're buying
The Workbook (£27). An 8-part self-guided PDF workbook, available to download immediately after purchase.
The Clarity Intensive (£495, optional add-on). One private 1-1 coaching call of up to 2 hours, held online, plus one week of WhatsApp support (messages and voice notes) starting on the day of your call.
2. Service levels
Workbook delivery: instant download after payment. If you have any problem accessing it, email us and we will fix it within 2 working days.
Booking your call: a booking link is sent after purchase. Please book within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days without booking, the Intensive expires with no refund or credit.
The call: up to 2 hours, held online at the time you book. We start and finish on time. Time lost to a late arrival is not added on.
WhatsApp support: Monday to Friday, for 7 days from the day of your call. Messages and voice notes are answered within 1 working day. Support is for questions arising from your call and the workbook. It is not an emergency or crisis service.
Rescheduling: you can move your call once, with at least 48 hours' notice. Late changes or missed calls are forfeited and cannot be refunded, credited or rebooked.
3. No refunds
Because the Workbook is digital content delivered immediately, and the Intensive is a personal service reserved for you, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits. This applies whether or not you complete the workbook, attend the call or use the support.
Your legal rights. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. In particular: (a) at checkout you ask for immediate access to the Workbook and agree that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download begins; (b) if you ask us to start the Intensive within the 14-day cancellation period, you agree you lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully provided; if you cancel before it has been fully provided, you must pay for the part already provided, and we will refund the remainder; and (c) if the Workbook is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund as the law provides.
4. What this is, and isn't
The Workbook and Intensive are coaching and education. They are not therapy, counselling, medical, legal or financial advice, and they do not replace any of these. We do not promise any particular outcome. Decisions about your relationship are always yours.
5. Safety
If you are afraid of your partner or in danger, please call the National Domestic Abuse Helpline on 0808 2000 247 (free, 24 hours). In an emergency call 999. If you are in distress, Samaritans are available on 116 123.
6. Confidentiality and privacy
Calls are not recorded. What you share is kept confidential, except where we believe there is a serious risk to you or others, or where the law requires disclosure. We handle your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
7. Your responsibilities
The Workbook and any recordings, notes or materials are for your personal use only. Please do not copy, share or resell them. Please be on time and in a private place for your call.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
