I am a Therapeutic Relationship & Confidence Coach based in London and I help people around the world create and live a life they want.

I offer a unique THRIVE 1-1 therapeutic coaching program that addresses all issues from early childhood and family experiences, right through to current situation and family life. 

She is also provides the Thrive DIY package which includes all of the above with lifetime access, minus Pascale’s 1-1 support.

I am also the author of How To Be Happy In Life & Love: A guide to living the life you deserve. This is a coaching guide to finding fulfillment in life.

I have over 20 years of experience in social work, counselling, and life coaching.
