So number two of the six tips to keep your relationship alive.

❤️ Make memories! ❤️

❤️ This is probably one of my favorite ones; this is something that I really value, both in my relationship with my husband and but also with my children.

❤️ Making memories are the things that you will look back on and hopefully have very very fond memories of. You know, we can all spend money buying things and acquiring things but memories are special. Memories of the things that really I feel make a difference to you as a partnership but as I said, you as a family as well.

❤️ So what kind of things can you do to make memories? It could be really simple, it could be going out for dinner, it could be going out for lunch, could be having days out, country walks, country pubs, going to museums, maybe going on holiday or having a weekend break.

❤️ It doesn’t really matter what you do, it’s just about making the time and commitment to making those memories. So often couples that I work with, especially ones with children, they talk about just not having the time to go out and it’s not like they don’t want to go out it’s just that life is busy and life is tiring and I think when the weekends come around people are pretty much spent. I know that feeling too, definitely!

❤️ But it’s important to be able to make those memories so that when it has been awhile since you’ve been out, you can think back and think really fondly of the nice things that you’ve done together. So, yeah there you go .. it doesn’t matter what you’re doing, just go out and do it!
