When I work with my clients I take genuine genuine pride in the work that I do with them. The ladies that I work with commit to their weekly sessions with me but I think about them all the time. I love seeing the transformation that happens over the four month period that we work together. Most of the women I work with have just come out of difficult relationships, not exclusively, but most of them, and they are looking now to build their confidence and go forwards in life happy, fulfilled and dusting off all of the cobwebs from their past.
